Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1. Unable to download admit card — what should I do?▼
Re-check your Registration Number and Date of Birth on the official website. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If the issue persists, contact the official helpdesk email mentioned in the recruitment notification.
Q2. Can I download the admit card on a mobile phone?▼
Yes, you can download it on mobile, but you must take an A4-size printout before going to the exam. A screenshot on mobile will not be accepted at the examination hall.
Q3. There is incorrect information on my admit card — what should I do?▼
Immediately contact the recruitment board helpdesk or email. Some exams provide a correction window before the exam date to fix errors in the admit card.
Q4. What if I do not have a Photo ID for the exam?▼
Entry to the examination hall will not be allowed without a valid original Photo ID proof. At least one original government-issued photo ID is mandatory.
Q5. Is a soft copy (e-Admit Card) acceptable or is a printout required?▼
A printed copy is required for most government exams. For exams like IBPS and SBI, check the latest official notification — some boards have started accepting soft copies, but it is always safer to carry a printed copy.
